SITUATIONS VACANT: The Civil Aviation Authority of New Zealand is looking for an Asset & Infrastructure Coordinator to join their team.

About the role
As our Asset & Infrastructure Coordinator, you will be the ‘go-to’ person for the Asset & Infrastructure team, providing super-efficient coordination and support in all matters relating to our property, fleet, leasing, assets, infrastructure and more!

Working in a variety of different workplaces nationwide, you’ll love a challenge and being able to work under pressure to deliver quality results.

You will be a real problem solver and use intuitive ways to get things done working with a super supportive team with no two days being the same.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to start and/or continue their career in property with a diverse portfolio.

What we’re looking for

  • Ideally, you’ll have at least two years experience in a project coordination or complex administration environment.
  • A qualification in a property / facilities field would be advantageous but not essential.
  • Quick intuition, the ability to quickly interpret information, make sound judgment calls and problem solve quickly.
  • Strong organisation skills with ability to prioritise and plan effectively to ensure timely delivery of projects and services.
  • Demonstrated customer-centric operating style, with an ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of stakeholders in a confident, customer-focused manner.
  • Attention to detail, ability to record information accurately and ensure correct record keeping in the document management system.
